My experience at Vertu Volvo Exeter could have been better because the process of sorting out the small amount of finance and confusions over insurance and other unnecessarily complicated form filling really took the shine off the purchase to the point we were seriously considering just walking away, in addition there were a lot of confusions around provision of the service history for the vehicle we were part exchanging and my wife was asked for her driving licence on 3 separate occasions despite having emailed it to the customer service representative. I believe a lot of that confusion was down to the fact that we had 3 different salesmen dealing with our purchase - 2 on the same day - which caused a significant amount of duplication. Honestly we would probably not purchase a vehicle from Vertu again specifically due to the overcomplicated paperwork systems you have in place. As the vehicle we purchased actually was transferred from another Vertu dealer a lot of delays were due to damage on the vehicle - some of which we noticed other items were spotted by your staff, none of these were we made aware of in advance of the purchase before we actually viewed the vehicle which is rather disappointing.

My experience at Vertu Volvo Exeter was memorable because The salerperson (James) was very helpful, and his communication was brilliant. Even though I bought the car remotely and didn't actually see it until it was delivered, I had trust in the process and the car was perfect.
