Vertu Volvo Exeter were helpful because we purchased a new car and were happy with the service we received. There was a problem with the air con not working, it did take slightly longer than we would have liked to book it in to be resolved, however once in with the service team it did get sorted, and we were grateful to have a courtesy car for this period.
